Integrated VTOL UAS: From Nano Platforms to Heavy-Lift Autonomous Rotorcraft

Robinson Unmanned is a leading developer of high-performance VTOL UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems), spanning sub-250 g nano platforms to heavy-lift autonomous rotorcraft. Designed and manufactured in the United States, these systems support remotely piloted, optionally piloted, and fully autonomous operations across a range of mission-critical applications.

The company builds on the foundation of Robinson Helicopter Company, drawing on more than five decades of FAA-certified aircraft manufacturing, aviation-grade engineering, and disciplined production processes.

HELIUS UAS

Ultra-lightweight, rapidly-deployable nano UAS for tactical & field operations

Robinson Unmanned HELIUS Coaxial sUAS

Weighing just 249 grams and built to meet NDAA compliance requirements, the HELIUS UAS is an ultra-lightweight nano platform designed for rapid deployment and reliable aerial intelligence in time-critical environments.Robinson Unmanned Helius Coaxial UAV

HELIUS combines compact form factor, stable flight performance, and integrated imaging to support tactical operations, reconnaissance, and field missions requiring real-time situational awareness.

Designed for single-operator use with hand launch capability, the system is optimized for rapid situational awareness and close-range ISR, particularly in environments where larger UAS are impractical or restricted.

SPIRIT UAS

All-weather, modular UAS with multiple mission-specific payloads

Robinson Unmanned Spirit Coaxial UAV

The SPIRIT UAS is a compact, coaxial unmanned aircraft designed for multi-mission operations in demanding environments. Its cylindrical form factor and low-profile architecture support rapid deployment, efficient transport, and reliable performance across ISR, mapping, inspection, and agricultural sensing tasks.

lightweight droneDesigned for single- or two-operator deployment, the platform features remote operation with an autonomy-ready architecture, allowing it to adapt to evolving mission requirements.

SPIRIT’s streamlined design incorporates fewer moving parts and scalable components, supporting sustainment and long-term operational use while functioning as a core platform within a broader UAS fleet.

Classified as a small UAS, SPIRIT combines a rugged, all-weather airframe with a modular, open-system approach that reduces the need for multiple aircraft types. With payload capacity up to 6.5 lb and a 13.5 lb MTOW, it supports a wide range of mission-specific configurations, enabled by a universal click-ring payload interface for fast swapping or integration of custom payloads.

SPARTAN UAS

Coaxial UAS platform with extended endurance, range & payload capacity

Robinson Unmanned Spartan Coaxial UAV

The SPARTAN UAS is a next-generation coaxial platform engineered for high performance in demanding environments. It features a rugged cylindrical airframe and refined aerodynamic design to deliver high speed, extended flight time, wide-area coverage, and strong payload capability within a compact, portable system.

Robinson Unmanned Spartan UAVClassified as a Group 2 UAS, SPARTAN is suited to medium-lift transport, logistics support, and agricultural mapping missions, while occupying the space between smaller UAS and larger unmanned logistics aircraft.

With capacity for payloads up to 15.3 lbs and flight endurance of more than 70 minutes, it is designed for versatile deployment across defense, industrial, public safety, and agricultural operations, with modular payload integration supporting fast mission reconfiguration.
