R44 SPRAYHAWK

R44 SPRAYHAWK is a gas-powered VTOL UAS from Robinson Unmanned, developed for precision aerial application across agricultural environments. Based on the R44 platform, this large-class aircraft is configured for consistent, high-throughput spraying operations using a 110-gallon liquid system with integrated flow control. It supports ground-based deployment with a two-person crew and leverages shared components from the production helicopter to simplify sustainment and align with established maintenance practices.

The aircraft combines automated flight with precision application capability, executing pre-programmed spray routes while maintaining accurate coverage across varied terrain. A full authority fly-by-wire system enables stable flight control, while operation through a GCS supports single-pilot workflows. Integrated sensors including forward, downward, and tail cameras, long-range LiDAR, 360 degree collision avoidance LiDAR, and a radar altimeter enable terrain-following performance and consistent spray height. Designed for real-world agricultural operations, it allows operators to increase acreage coverage, reduce exposure to low-altitude flight risk, and maintain repeatable application quality.
