DefendAir is a modular counter-UAS solution that physically neutralizes hostile drones using patented net-launching technology. The system is designed to counter threats ranging from small, fast-moving FPV attack drones to commercial heavy-lift UAVs carrying unauthorized or hazardous payloads.

DefendAir provides last-layer C-UAS protection when RF jamming, GNSS disruption or electronic takeover is ineffective or unavailable. Modular Net Launcher for Counter-Drone System Integration

DefendAir Net Pod The DefendAir Net Pod is a compact, platform-agnostic counter-drone effector that can be integrated with handheld launchers, stationary systems, vehicles and interceptor UAVs.

Each pod acts as a single-interception magazine. Net size and launch power can be configured according to the target aircraft’s size, speed and weight, as well as the required engagement range and operating environment.

The modular architecture enables system integrators to add a non-explosive physical defeat capability to existing drone detection, tracking and mitigation systems.

Handheld Counter-Drone Net Launcher

The DefendAir Personal Net Gun is a portable counter-UAS solution for soldiers, law enforcement officers and security personnel. The manually operated launcher enables personnel to respond immediately to close-range drone threats without using ammunition, explosive interceptors or RF jamming.

The system provides an effective engagement range of up to 35 metres. The captured aircraft may also be preserved for forensic analysis and intelligence gathering.

Typical applications include force protection, convoy security, public events, correctional facilities, VIP protection and sensitive-site security.

Airborne Counter-UAS Interception

DefendAir Net Pods can be integrated with interceptor drones to provide autonomous drone-on-drone interception. The airborne counter-UAS configuration enables threats to be pursued and neutralized before they reach personnel, vehicles or protected infrastructure.

The platform-independent system can be integrated with third-party UAVs and is suitable for intercepting agile FPV aircraft as well as commercial and logistics-class drones.
