ParaZero Technologies has appointed Bat-Sheva Noy as its new Vice President of Global Sales to support the company’s international commercial expansion.
The appointment comes as the aerospace defense company, which specializes in autonomous solutions for manned and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), seeks to strengthen its sales leadership team. Ms. Noy is transitioning to the drone safety sector following a 20-year career in commercial leadership and strategic planning, largely within the pharmaceutical industry.
Most recently, Ms. Noy served as the Business Unit Lead for Rare Diseases at Pfizer Israel from 2020 to 2025. In this capacity, she was responsible for developing and executing business strategies, building teams, and overseeing the performance of the rare diseases portfolio. Her tenure at Pfizer also included a role as Sales and Marketing Lead from 2017 to 2019, where she managed national operations for cardiovascular product lines.
Her professional background is supported by a diverse educational foundation. Ms. Noy holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Biology from Tel Aviv University and an LL.B. in Law from The Academic Centre of Law and Science in Israel. She also served in the Israel Defense Forces as an optical systems instructor within the electro-optics unit.
Before joining Pfizer in 2004, she served as a sales representative for GSK Israel. ParaZero believes her expertise in market access and cross-functional leadership will support the company’s efforts to expand its global commercial presence in the growing drone safety and aerospace sector.
