ParaZero Technologies Ltd. and ThirdEye Systems Ltd. have entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on the development, integration, and commercialization of a complete 360° detect-to-defeat Counter-UAS solution designed to safeguard armored vehicles and critical assets.
The proposed framework aims to combine ThirdEye’s advanced electro-optical recognition and sensor technology with ParaZero’s DefendAir net-based physical interception system. By establishing an integrated detect-to-defeat architecture, the joint effort covers the full Counter-UAS engagement cycle, from initial threat detection and identification through threat analysis, engagement management, and controlled physical neutralization.
While initial development focuses on protecting armored vehicle platforms from rapidly evolving drone threats, the companies may also adapt the architecture for critical infrastructure, strategic sites, and other sensitive assets requiring comprehensive defense. The field-tested architecture links detection, decision-making, safety, and physical interception within a unified operational network, addressing growing military requirements for complete counter-drone defense.
