ParaZero Technologies Ltd. has reported a series of significant strategic milestones for 2025, driven by the global deployment and validation of its DefendAir Counter-UAS (C-UAS) platform.
The aerospace defense company, which specializes in autonomous solutions for both manned and unmanned aerial systems, saw its DefendAir platform emerge as a primary solution for precision interception during a year of escalating drone threats. The global C-UAS market experienced substantial growth throughout 2025, culminating in over $1 billion in technology purchases in December alone. This surge was characterized by a transition toward layered, modular architectures and an increased demand for non-destructive neutralization methods, such as net-based interception, to minimize collateral damage in urban environments.
ParaZero’s DefendAir platform utilizes patented net-launching technology to neutralize hostile drones mid-air. In controlled trials conducted throughout the year, the system achieved a 100% interception success rate. The company’s momentum began in January with approval from the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD) for global marketing, followed by successful field trials in July and September. These demonstrations included a joint exercise with the IMOD and the Ministry of National Security, showcasing a stationary turret configuration that provides 360-degree protection integrated with autonomous robotics.
Commercial expansion accelerated in the fourth quarter of 2025. ParaZero secured a substantial order from a Tier 1 global defense corporation for DefendAir systems, including integration and training, alongside a separate order for autonomous defense drones equipped with net-based pods. The company also entered the European market via a Dutch distributor and presented live demonstrations to German police leadership and approximately 40 senior NATO officers. These international showcases specifically highlighted the platform’s efficacy against FPV kamikaze drones.
To support this technical and commercial growth, ParaZero raised approximately $5.3 million through registered direct offerings in February and August. While the company continues to develop its DropAir precision airdrop and SafeAir parachute systems, the advancements in C-UAS technology remained the central pillar of its 2025 operations.
Ariel Alon, CEO of ParaZero, commented, “2025 was a breakthrough year for ParaZero, as we transitioned from development to deployment in real-world defense scenarios. DefendAir’s proven effectiveness against evolving drone threats has attracted global interest, positioning us for potential growth in 2026 and beyond.”
