CACI EO/IR Imaging Systems

CM102

Rugged EO & LWIR imaging system for UAV ISR

CM102 Rugged EO/IR imaging system for ISRThe CM102 combines high-definition EO and LWIR sensors in a compact two-axis stabilized package that is designed to provide long-range ISR capabilities for Group 1 and 2 UAS. Rated IP65 as standard with optional IP67 protection, the rugged payload is engineered to withstand the harshest of operating conditions.

Weighing less than 900g (2 lbs), the low-SWaP gimbal features fully integrated video processing and encoding, and offers a wide range of advanced features including target detection, recognition and tracking.

CM102 MR

Long-range EO & LWIR gimbal payload for USVs & UGVs

CM102-MR Long-range EO IR gimbal payloadThe CM102-MR gimbal has been specially designed to suit the requirements of maritime and land-based unmanned system platforms such as USVs, ASVs and UGVs. Providing both EO and LWIR imaging capabilities with two-axis active stabilization, it delivers reliable results even in rough sea states.

The rugged EO IR payload is designed to MIL-STD-810H standards for salt fog resistance, and is also IP67-rated. Cutting-edge onboard AI and machine learning processing enables a range of advanced functionality including automatic target classification.

CM62

Micro gimbal suite for sUAS with day- and night-time imaging options

The CM62 family of micro gimbals provides gyro-stabilized multi-sensor imaging for Group 1 and 2 UAS in an ultra-miniature package that weighs just 260 to 290 grams. The low-SWaP payloads are MAVlink-compatible, enabling easy integration into your drone platform and allowing autopilot and gimbal to be controlled from the same tablet.

CACI CM62 micro gimbal payloads

CM62 gimbals are ruggedized to IP67 standards, and feature a comprehensive suite of onboard video processing features. The product range includes:

  • CM62 Standard – high-resolution EO & LWIR sensors
  • CM62 Tri-Zoom EO+ – intermediate lens for enhanced mid-range daytime performance and a longer focal-length narrow lens for more pixels on target
  • CM62 LWIR+ – 18° HFOV provides 84% more pixels on target than standard configuration

CM41

Lightweight & cost-effective EO imaging payload for sUAS

CM41 EO imaging payload for sUASThe CM41 is a compact and cost-effective EO imaging system that is designed for integration into small UAS. Weighing just 160g (0.35 lbs), it features full HD sensors with 18x zoom and tilt capability, and is compatible with MAVLink.

Ideal for ISR, the payload utilizes the latest H.264 and H.265 video encoding capabilities, and includes a comprehensive suite of on-board video processing features, including object detection and recognition, e-stabilization, and roll stabilization.

CM234

EO, MWIR & SWIR gimbal for tactical UAS

CM234 EO IR imaging gimbal for tactical UASThe CM234 is a compact seven-sensor imaging system that is gyro-stabilized on four axes and combines two HD EO sensors, one MWIR sensor, one SWIR sensor, a laser range finder, a laser target designator, and a laser pointer into a single lightweight form factor. Weighing under 6.6 kg (14.6 lbs), it is ideal for a wide range of tactical drone platforms.

The advanced imaging gimbal delivers high-accuracy target detection and identification even at maximum zoom, enabling extended stand-off distances. With on-board video encoding and processing, the system requires minimal additional hardware, thus reducing total SWaP footprints and maximizing flight time.

CM262

Multi-mission imaging system for UGVs & counter-UAS platforms

CM262 advanced imaging system for counter-UASThe CM262 is an advanced imaging system for ground-based and on-the-move applications such as UGVs and counter-UAS platforms. With an HD EO sensor, MWIR and SWIR thermal imagers, and a laser rangefinder, it is equipped for accurate and long-endurance ISR and target acquisition both during the day and at night.

The rugged all-weather solution is IP68-rated and incorporates cutting-edge video processor technology for clear and reliable imagery even at high speeds. Onboard processing features include object tracking, e-stabilization, roll stabilization, scene steering, and geo-lock.
