Volz Servos GmbH has become a full member of the German Aerospace Industries Association (BDLI), marking a significant expansion of the company’s role within the national aerospace community.
The integration into the network is intended to strengthen the company’s presence within the German aerospace sector and foster active involvement in professional exchanges regarding technologies, industrial developments, and future aviation systems. As a specialist in safety-critical electromechanical actuators, Volz Servos aims to contribute its extensive experience to one of Germany’s primary aerospace networks during a period of dynamic market growth, particularly within the unmanned and autonomous aviation sectors.
“For us, membership in the BDLI is an important step toward bringing our experience in the development of safety-critical actuators more strongly into the industry,” says CEO Phillipp Volz. “The market is currently developing very dynamically, particularly in the area of unmanned and autonomous aviation systems. Direct exchange with industry, politics, and research is becoming increasingly important for us in this context. The BDLI offers the right platform for this.”
Having previously participated multiple times in the BDLI joint booth at international trade fairs, the transition to full membership represents a logical progression for the company to deepen its involvement in the aerospace community. These prior appearances provided firsthand experience of the network’s strength and the advantages of close collaboration with industry and research partners.
Beyond participating in expert committees, Volz Servos plans to leverage the international presence of the BDLI. The company’s initial joint trade fair appearances as an official BDLI member are already scheduled, including participations at ILA Berlin in June 2026 and Airshow China in November 2026.
