Nano 360® Plastic Circulars – Discrete Wire/Cable
Omnetics’ Nano 360® Circular Connectors feature contact spacing of 25 mil (0.64 mm) centre-to-centre and a mated length of 9.0 mm. Specified to MIL-DTL-32139, the Nano Circular connectors feature Liquid Crystal Polymer housings that shroud nickel gold-plated contacts and can withstand more than 2,000 mating cycles.
Connector Configurations & Integration Options
The Nano 360® range includes threaded metal shell circular connectors with discrete wire or cable assemblies, alongside break-away inline connectors available with similar termination options. For panel-mounted applications, Omnetics offers threaded panel-mount and twist-lock panel-mount connectors, also available in wired or cable configurations.
The range also includes plastic circular connectors, with discrete wire or cable options and straight configurations available. Across its Nano Circular connector offerings, Omnetics provides straight-tail terminations, pre-wired options and cable assemblies, alongside flex terminations and custom wire harnesses available on request.
