Micro-D Connectors

Designed for size and weight constrained UAVs, the Micro-D family combines a compact, high-density design with low weight while maintaining reliable performance in demanding operating environments. High-Reliability Micro-D Connectors
Available with 9 to 51 contacts, Omnetics’ Micro-D connectors support a wide range of termination options to accommodate diverse electrical and mechanical design requirements.
Configurations include pre-wired, horizontal, vertical and card-edge surface mount, flex circuit mount, straight and right-angle through-hole, solder cup, jumper, and saver variants. Selected connectors can also be manufactured for operating environments up to 260°C.
Surface Mount Micro-D Connectors
Horizontal Surface Mount (H0) and Vertical Surface Mount (VV) Micro-D connectors provide compact, high-density interconnect solutions for UAV electronics where board space is at a premium. These configurations help designers maximize available space while supporting reliable performance in systems exposed to shock and vibration.
Discrete Wired Micro-D Connectors
The Discrete Wired (WD) series offers a pre-wired Micro-D connector option for applications requiring simplified installation. Discrete Wired variants are also available with optional over-molding while maintaining the compact footprint of the Micro-D design.
