Neousys Technology has introduced the RGS-9805GC, a rugged 19-inch 3U high-performance computing server designed to deliver data center-level processing outside traditional server rooms.
Designed specifically for Sense–Think–Act workloads in Physical AI applications, the compact platform targets autonomous vehicles, mobile robotics, and in-vehicle high-definition map collection. The system integrates AMD EPYC 9005 series “Turin” processors featuring up to 160 cores and 320 threads, alongside support for dual NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 MAX-Q graphics processing units to manage demanding inference, sensor fusion, and real-time decision-making tasks.
To withstand harsh mobile conditions, the server utilizes a partitioned enclosure with a sealed thermal tunnel design, allowing reliable operation in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 60°C. The platform incorporates reinforced GPU mounting and specialized damping structures to achieve MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration resistance for deployment on autonomous trucks and robotics, while a wide 9V–32V DC input with ignition power control streamlines vehicle integration.
System expansion for multi-sensor setups is provided through high-bandwidth PCIe Gen5 architecture. The server includes two PCIe x16 Gen5 16-lane slots dedicated to dual full-height full-length GPUs, plus five additional PCIe Gen5 slots (four 16-lane and one 8-lane) for integrating CoaXPress, GMSL2, 10GbE, and USB3 frame grabber cards.
Despite accommodating high compute density and expansion capacity, the unit is housed in a 19-inch 3U chassis with a depth of 388mm, allowing it to fit inside space-constrained equipment cabinets and mobile platforms where standard high-performance servers cannot operate.
