The Neousys Jemii-150 Series is a Mini-ITX carrier board for NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano modules, providing a production-oriented platform that remains aligned with the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit BSP. It supports direct flashing through NVIDIA SDK Manager across JetPack releases, helping engineering teams maintain software continuity when moving from evaluation hardware to deployment. Its standard 170 × 170 mm Mini-ITX dimensions also enable integration with established chassis, thermal solutions, and power supplies.
For industrial edge AI systems, the Jemii-150 Series provides five Gigabit Ethernet ports, including four Intel I350-AM4 interfaces with PoE++ capability on applicable models, alongside a PCIe Gen3 x4 expansion slot. PoE++ variants support a maximum output of 90 W on one port and a 100 W total shared power budget. Other connectivity includes USB, configurable RS-232/422/485, isolated digital I/O, DisplayPort, and M.2 storage.
The platform operates from -25°C to 70°C. Jemii-150A and Jemii-150A-PoE models incorporate Allxon out-of-band management, while the Jemii-150D-PoE adds CAN 2.0 support. Stated applications include intelligent video analytics, roadside traffic-monitoring infrastructure, and autonomous mobile robots.
