RGS-9805GC Rugged HPC server for autonomous vehicles and robotics
RGS-9805GC

The Neousys RGS-9805GC is a rugged HPC server built around AMD® EPYC™ 9005 Turin-series processing, supporting CPUs with up to 160 cores and 320 threads. Its compact 3U, 19-inch chassis accommodates two 400W NVIDIA® FHFL GPUs through PCIe Gen5 x16 interfaces, while five additional PCIe Gen5 slots provide capacity for high-bandwidth add-on hardware.

The system supports up to 384GB of DDR5 6000 ECC RDIMM memory, alongside dual 10GBASE-T Ethernet, NVMe storage interfaces, and two full-size Mini PCIe sockets. This combination provides high-density CPU and GPU computing with extensive expansion for the specified autonomous vehicle, robotics, sensor fusion, AI inference, and in-vehicle HD mapping workloads.

Designed for operation outside conventional server environments, the RGS-9805GC has a specified operating range of -25°C to 60°C and accepts 9V to 32V DC input with ignition control for vehicle-based integration. Specialized GPU brackets and damping hardware help the system meet its specified MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration requirements, while the 19-inch 3U enclosure measures 388 mm deep for installation where space is constrained. An onboard ASIL-B MCU provides continuous system-health monitoring through dedicated interfaces.

Together with dual-GPU support and five additional PCIe Gen5 expansion slots, these features equip the RGS-9805GC for the supplied applications spanning autonomous vehicles, mobile robotics, autonomous logistics, and high-throughput in-vehicle data processing.
