Neousys Technology has introduced the Nuvo-11160GC, a compact, rugged edge AI platform designed to deliver high-performance computing for industrial and robotics applications.
The system is powered by Intel® Core™ Ultra 200S processors and supports NVIDIA® RTX GPUs up to 150W, enabling real-time AI inference and data processing at the edge. Its rugged design, energy-efficient CPU performance, and -25°C to 60°C operating temperature range ensure reliable operation in harsh environments.
The Nuvo-11160GC is designed for both stationary and mobile deployments, supporting AI-driven workloads such as vision inspection, video analysis, robotic guidance, and autonomous mobile robots. A segregated Cassette thermal architecture with enhanced GPU cooling helps maintain stable performance while preventing thermal throttling during intensive processing tasks.
To support mobile platforms, the system includes PoE+ support and mini PCIe expansion slots, providing connectivity for cameras and remote operation. The Intel® Core™ Ultra 200S processors also provide improved power efficiency, helping extend battery endurance for mobile robotics systems.
The platform provides comprehensive I/O connectivity and flexible expansion for integration with sensors, cameras, and automation equipment. It features eight USB 3.2 ports, six Gigabit Ethernet ports, isolated digital I/O channels, and an optional 10GbE port to handle high-bandwidth networking requirements. Neousys’ MezIO® interface also allows additional USB, Ethernet, or digital I/O functionality to be added, providing flexibility for complex edge AI workloads.
