Greensea IQ, a leading developer of autonomous robotic systems for maritime and defense applications, has announced the appointment of Neotek as its exclusive representative for France and Belgium.
Neotek, a trusted regional provider of marine technologies based in Lorient, will represent Greensea IQ’s Bayonet line of surf-zone Autonomous Underwater Ground Vehicles (AUGVs) and the company’s Integrated Navigation System, IQNS.
The agreement expands Greensea IQ’s international sales and support network, bringing two of its core technologies to new users through an experienced systems integrator with established relationships in naval, maritime, and defense sectors.
The Bayonet series of AUGVs is engineered for high-performance autonomous operations in the surf zone, shallow water, and other challenging nearshore environments. These systems are used in applications such as mine countermeasures (MCM), unexploded ordnance (UXO) detection, beach and hydrographic surveys, and payload delivery.
Greensea IQNS (Integrated Navigation System) is a modular, rugged solution that delivers accurate navigation, situational awareness, and control across complex subsea and littoral missions. The system supports reliable communications, precise positioning, and seamless vehicle operation, even in GNSS-denied or dynamic environments.
Speaking of the agreement, Rob Howard, Chief Growth Officer of Greensea IQ said, “Neotek brings deep technical expertise and strong customer relationships in the maritime and defense sectors across France and Belgium. We’re excited to partner with a company that understands the operational challenges of the surf zone and the value of precise navigation and autonomy. Together, we’ll support customers seeking new capabilities for littoral and seabed defense operations.”
Antoine Hanoy, Defense Sales Manager at Neotek added, “We are proud to become the exclusive representative for Greensea IQ in France and Belgium. The Bayonet and IQNS systems fit perfectly within our portfolio and address growing demand in the region for advanced autonomous technologies. We look forward to supporting Greensea IQ’s growth and bringing these powerful capabilities to our customers.”
This strategic partnership positions both companies to deliver cutting-edge uncrewed systems and mission-critical solutions to defense and commercial maritime users in key European markets.
