Trained on a vast dataset of over two million labeled radar images, our ProteusCore software utilizes sophisticated Autofocus machine learning algorithms to automatically tune radar gain and adjust the range. The system continually optimizes detection performance based on factors such as environmental conditions, sea state, and proximity to land.

Objects in the radar’s field of view can be reliably identified, classified and tracked with precision, providing accurate context and critical real-time data that can be delivered to USV control systems to enhance navigation and collision avoidance. ProteusCore is a powerful software package that utilizes proprietary machine learning models to provide USVs with rapid and reliable detection, classification and tracking of hundreds of marine radar targets simultaneously. Integrating seamlessly with COTS radar products, it allows you to create next-generation perception systems that operate without the need for manual intervention, constant range and gain tuning, or human interpretation.

The versatile software requires only CPU processing, making it more cost-effective than other solutions that require more advanced and expensive computing systems. ProteusCore is designed to be embedded in your existing tech stack as an executable application. Our team will compile an executable for your OS and hardware ecosystem for deployment.

ProteusCore can be run on your existing hardware or our specialized devices, and is compatible with a variety of radars from industry-leading manufacturers such as Garmin, Raymarine, Simrad and Furuno.

The unit offers 1 Gbit Ethernet and USB connectivity for integration of additional peripherals, and also supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 4G LTE. A built-in HTML5 interface allows you to connect via any browser for remote configuration and monitoring.
