Offering high-performance energy storage and delivery, the company’s solutions are designed and made in Germany, utilizing high-quality cells to ensure the utmost in reliability.

The Akku Vision portfolio is ideal for supporting a wide range of drones, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and other electrically-powered systems. In addition to COTS products, the company also offers bespoke battery development to meet specific customer requirements.

FUSIONe Modular 48 V Battery Systems

Scalable energy storage for unmanned systems & robotics

FUSIONe is a family of portable 48 V battery solutions developed for industrial and electric mobility applications. The batteries can be easily integrated into a wide range of robots, unmanned systems, and autonomous mobile platforms using a universal mounting system.

Thanks to a modular architecture, multiple batteries with the same voltage and communication interface can be connected in parallel, increasing the available capacity within a single system. Additional batteries can be incorporated as power requirements change, providing OEMs and systems integrators with a scalable solution that can be expanded or adapted across different systems and to varying mission requirements.

FUSIONe batteries can be charged separately or in situ, with fast charging of up to 12 A per battery. CAN communication is provided as standard, with further options available on request. A five-stage display provides a convenient at-a-glance indication of remaining capacity, and a locking system can be optionally provided.

The FUSIONe portfolio currently offers two models to meet differing capacity requirements.

Custom Battery Development & Production

Akku Vision develops and produces customized batteries for OEM applications through its Bespoke Battery Concept, turning hand-drawn sketches and fully developed concepts alike into production-ready solutions.

The company offers expert support throughout the entire process from initial development to the finished product, with in-house project planning, prototyping, industrial engineering, testing and construction. Battery configuration, communication, mounting, charging, and system capacity can all be adapted to the platform’s technical requirements.

Akku Vision develops and produces its battery products at a 5000 square meter in-house facility in Germany. Where required, the company integrates cells sourced domestically and from the UK to meet customer-specific requirements for quality, reliability, and performance. Their service network extends to almost all of Europe, ensuring rapid delivery as well as comprehensive repair and after-sales service.
