FUSIONe is a family of portable 48 V battery solutions developed for industrial and electric mobility applications. Designed and produced in Germany, the batteries can be integrated into drones, unmanned systems, AMRs, AGVs, and other autonomous mobile platforms using a universal mounting system. Communication between the battery and the host device can be customized to suit the application, providing OEMs and systems integrators with a power solution configured around their platform requirements.
The modular architecture allows multiple batteries with the same voltage and communication interface to be connected in parallel for increased capacity. FUSIONe systems can be upgraded at any time by adding further batteries, including units with different capacities. This allows installed capacity to be expanded as power requirements change.
FUSIONe batteries can be charged separately or in situ at up to 12 A per battery. CAN communication is standard, with additional options available on request, and a five-stage display provides an at-a-glance indication of remaining capacity. The battery family has undergone a comprehensive range of testing and certification, including:
- EMV (EN 15194:2017, Annex C (EUB))
- IP65 (IEC 60529:1989 + A1:1999 + A2:2013)
- PL: C (ISO 13849-1:2023-04 and ISO 13849-2:2012-10)
- IEC 62133-2:2017 + AMD1:2021
- UL 2595:2015-09-09 (S NMC)
- UL 2271:2023-09-14 (M LFP) on request
The FUSIONe portfolio currently offers two models to meet differing capacity requirements.
