Public safety agencies can now access drone detection systems free of charge for 30 days from Dronetag to enhance airspace awareness during summer events.
With drones becoming a common presence at public events, maintaining airspace awareness is an increasing challenge for public safety agencies. To address this, procurement barriers are being removed to enable teams to test real-world drone detection capabilities before critical operations begin.
The trial program features two distinct systems designed for comprehensive airspace security. The first is Dronetag RIDER, a portable, real-time drone detection device. The second is Dronetag Scout, a long-range monitoring system built for continuous airspace awareness. Both systems provide real-time drone and pilot location data, helping teams respond faster and operate with greater confidence.
This technology has already been deployed at major high-profile public events, including the NFL Draft, the Boston Marathon, and Formula 1 races. It is currently utilized by more than 200 public safety agencies worldwide to protect large crowds and secure restricted airspace.
