At a recent defense industry event in the Netherlands, His Majesty King Willem-Alexander took the controls of Acecore Technologies hexacopter, Noa.
The event, hosted at the Lieutenant General Best Barracks, brought together leading Dutch defense suppliers to showcase their contributions to Ukraine’s military operations.
Acecore Technologies presented a fully integrated mine detection system featuring its heavy-lift NOA drone, equipped with magnetometers supplied by UMag Solutions. This fleet was specifically requested by Ukraine in response to extensive minefields laid in preparation for a Russian counteroffensive.

Designed for heavy-duty industrial missions, the NOA drone is capable of carrying substantial payloads such as advanced sensor packages, making it a strategic asset in demining operations and humanitarian clearance efforts. The hexacopter system underscores Acecore’s commitment to supporting global security and its ability to rapidly adapt UAV platforms for specialized defense applications.
The demonstration marked a milestone for Acecore, highlighting both the operational capability of its unmanned systems and the growing recognition of Dutch UAV innovation at the highest levels of government.
