Boxfish Expands to Bring ROVs to Europe

Boxfish Research based in New Zealand has expanded to bring their high-tech ROV solutions to Europe, via collaboration with Transmark Subsea, the new European distributor of Boxfish’s industry leading ROV systems.

Boxfish Research design and manufacture actively stabilised, ultra-high definition underwater Remotely Operated Vehicles and 360 cameras, used across multiple industry sectors including:

  • Submerged asset inspection
  • Defense & security
  • Marine science
  • Aquaculture
  • Search & rescue
  • Police & law enforcement
  • Augmented & Virtual Reality
  • Cinematography

A tetherless Boxfish autonomous underwater vehicle is currently in development.
