INS-D GPS-Aided Inertial Navigation System Inertial LabsInertial Labs has formed new partnerships with distributors in Malaysia and India in order to better serve local markets for the company’s inertial sensing technologies and products.

The new partnership with Malaysia’s Dynamic Positioning Technology SDN BHD will give South East Asia’s marine and offshore industries access to state-of-the-art dynamic positioning, navigation, and orientation technologies for platforms such as unmanned surface vessels (USVs) and unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs). Dynamic Positioning Tech’s core expertise covers the full spectrum of dynamic positioning from conceptual stages to implementation and management, making the partnership a natural match.

Dynamic Positioning Tech will distribute Inertial Labs’ Motion Reference Units (MRU) and Wave Sensors (WS), both of which are compatible with IP67 and subsea enclosed solutions, and will also have access to all of the products in Inertial Labs’ catalog including Inertial Navigation Systems (INS), Inertial Measurement Units (IMU), and Attitude and Heading Reference Systems (AHRS).

Inertial Labs has also partnered with Datasol Innovative Labs (DILabs), providing India with local benefits from Inertial Labs’ well-qualified products, business development strategies, technical support and marketing efforts all from a local supplier and partner. DILabs has extensive experience with navigation technologies for aerial platforms such as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and is also branching out into the marine and ground navigation industries.

DILabs will distribute Inertial Labs’ IP67-enclosed Inertial Navigation Systems (INS) and Attitude and Heading Reference Systems (AHRS) to the aerospace and other commercial industries, and also has access to all of the products in Inertial Labs’ catalog.
