High Voltage Distributed BMS

The company’s distributed BMS uses decentralized control units to independently monitor and manage individual cells or modules up to 1,500V. The modular system includes 1 Battery System Manager (BSM), up to 20 Battery Cell Managers (BCMs), and a high-voltage transducer for string voltage measurement. It’s scalable for large applications such as energy storage, UPS, mobility, and industrial systems.

Battery System Manager (BSM): The system monitors pack voltages, manages contactors and pre-charging, and communicates via CAN.

Battery Cell Manager (BCM): The system measures cell voltages and temperatures, performs passive cell balancing, and communicates with the BSM via a data link.
