IQ Power

The IQ Power (V04306) is a compact, contactor-capable Battery Management System (BMS) controller developed for integrated battery pack designs. It supports configurations from 3S to 16S and monitors cell voltage, temperature, and pack current while providing balancing and protection. Standard cell-balancing current is 100 mA, with a 180 mA option available. The controller can be configured with or without contactor driving and adapted across multiple battery chemistries and pack sizes.

IQ Power works with the V07043 Power Sensing Module family, which is available in 100 A, 200 A, and 300 A versions for current and high-voltage pack sensing. The module can be integrated with the V04306 to reduce wiring and overall footprint or installed separately using a standard harness. Optional secondary protection adds another safety layer, while high-side MOSFET and controllable fuse drives support power-path management. Wired connectivity includes one non-isolated CAN interface and three isolated CAN interfaces, with BLE, Wi-Fi, and LED status output also supported.
