IQ HV is the distributed Battery Management System (BMS) within the wider GuardIon-IQ™ platform. It combines the V04307 System Controller with V04304 Auxiliary Module Controllers and the V07042 High-Voltage Measurement Module. The V04307 coordinates one or more series strings, bringing together pack-level monitoring, safety control, system communications, current sensing, and contactor management. The broader GuardIon-IQ™ platform provides a modular foundation for battery systems ranging from 12 V to 1,500 V.
Each V04304 controller supplies cell-level voltage and temperature measurement, 180 mA balancing, heater control, and redundant protection within its connected module. The V07042 monitors up to three high-voltage nodes at levels reaching 1,500 V while providing insulation monitoring and ground fault detection. Cell data, protection status, and high-voltage bus measurements are communicated to the central controller. All controllers share fault signaling through the Safety Disable Loop, allowing the system to open the contactors automatically when a critical fault occurs.
