The IQ Pro (V04305) is a contactor-capable Battery Management System (BMS) developed for medium-to-large packs that use external switching hardware. It supports 4S to 16S configurations and combines cell-voltage monitoring, temperature measurement, and 180 mA passive balancing in a compact controller. Up to five NTC inputs monitor cell temperatures, while two additional channels provide external temperature sensing. Redundant voltage and thermal protections operate alongside a heater drive with 5 A current sensing.
High-current power-path control is handled through drives for up to five external contactors, with contact sensing used to confirm switching status. The safety architecture adds redundant charge, discharge, and short-circuit protection together with a redundant Safety Disable Loop. Pack-current measurement is provided through HE (2) current sensing, while microprocessor-based algorithms estimate state of charge and state of health. Isolated CAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, programmable GPIO, on/off control, and LED display support provide several options for system integration and user feedback.
