T-MOTOR has launched the HEP-S series of one-piece carbon fiber propellers, optimized for heavy-lift industrial multirotor Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAVs) platforms.
The new series incorporates an upgraded composite structure and aerodynamic design to improve structural rigidity, dynamic response and flight efficiency for high-load missions.
T1100 Carbon Fiber Reinforcement
Key load-bearing sections of the HEP-S propellers use T1100-grade carbon fiber reinforcement.
According to T-MOTOR, this increases structural strength by 25% compared with its legacy G-series propellers. The reinforced construction minimizes blade deformation under peak thrust to help maintain a consistent aerodynamic shape during heavy-payload operations.
Reduced Rotational Inertia
The HEP-S series uses a refined lightweight layout and balanced centroid distribution to reduce rotational inertia.
This is designed to provide faster throttle response and smoother hover-cruise transitions on VTOL aircraft, while reducing vibration during full-thrust climb and descent.
Aerodynamic Efficiency Improvements
Customized airfoil, chord and twist distribution are used to improve overall propulsion efficiency.
T-MOTOR states that laboratory testing confirmed a 3% increase in endurance under identical power system configurations, extending mission runtime for survey, transport and emergency rescue UAVs.
Propeller Sizes from 14 to 42 Inches
The HEP-S series spans sizes from 14 to 42 inches.
The propellers are matched with T-MOTOR heavy-duty motors and FOC ESCs for unified powertrain calibration.
Lifecycle Traceability and Transport Protection
HEP-S propellers incorporate integrated molded QR codes to enable full-lifecycle traceability for inventory tracking and brand management.
Matching custom propeller pouches are also designed to mitigate transit collision risks and protect the blades against external damage.
Heavy-Lift UAV Applications
The HEP-S series targets large industrial UAVs, including heavy-lift cargo drones, emergency rescue platforms and high-altitude inspection platforms.
Its reinforced structure is designed to address excessive blade deflection, efficiency loss and unstable attitude under maximum takeoff weight.
T-MOTOR describes the HEP-S series as a dedicated heavy-load propulsion upgrade balancing structural robustness, aerodynamic performance and system compatibility.
Integrators can also request custom size and pitch configurations to match specific VTOL and multirotor powertrain schemes.
