T-Motor has launched its MN11-13 series of heavy-lift motors for multirotor drones.
The MN11-13 Series is a purpose-built, high-load, long service life power system engineered exclusively for industrial multirotor drones with a takeoff weight ranging from 50kg to 140kg. It is compatible with 4-axis, 6-axis, 8-axis and coaxial multirotors, seamlessly docking with various frame designs, and its core application scenarios cover high-thrust industries, providing vital power support for heavy-duty operations.
To ensure stability in demanding environments, the series features a dual dust-proof net structure for both stator and rotor, achieving IP45 protection while maintaining a lightweight profile. Testing confirms resistance to water spray, rain, and internal dust accumulation, with no insulation degradation, enabling reliable operation in humid and high-dust conditions.
To address thermal challenges under heavy loads, the system incorporates an integrated die-cast heat sink that doubles the heat dissipation area compared to traditional split designs, reducing winding temperatures by 5–8°C. This helps prevent performance loss, extend service life, and lower long-term component replacement costs.
Designed for continuous operation, the motors offer an MTBF of ≥2000 hours and operate within a temperature range of -30°C to +55°C, ensuring reliability in extreme environments and sustained shift work.
To address diverse application requirements, the MN11-13 Series supports extensive customization beyond standard configurations. Options include custom coatings and logo printing for branding, adjustable parameters such as temperature sensing, KV value, mounting interfaces, and cable length, as well as tailored solutions with targeted optimisation for specific operational scenarios and performance demands.
