ALTUS LSA S.A. and Gremsy have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Eurosatory 2026 to establish a strategic partnership focused on advancing aerial imaging capabilities across Europe.
The collaboration combines ALTUS LSA’s expertise in UAV platforms and system integration with Gremsy’s advanced camera payload technologies. By joining forces, the companies aim to deliver integrated solutions that enhance situational awareness, improve operational efficiency, and support a wide range of applications, including public safety, emergency response, infrastructure inspection, and aerial intelligence.

As part of this partnership, ALTUS LSA will integrate Gremsy’s VIO multi-sensor payload and future payload solutions into selected UAV platforms. This initiative will expand access to high-performance visual and thermal imaging technologies for operators across the region.
The MoU also establishes a framework for future collaboration in product integration, joint demonstrations, market development, and customer engagement initiatives throughout European markets. This collaboration marks an important milestone as the companies work to deliver advanced, high-performance solutions and strengthen their position in the evolving UAS and payload ecosystem.
