The TA1049 Amplifier

Triad RF Systems, a designer and manufacturer of RF/Microwave amplifiers and amplifier systems, has announced the release of its latest 700 to 6000 MHz 10W GaN amplifier module, the TA1049.

The TA1049 is a wideband GaN amplifier module, particularly suited for CW, modulated or pulsed applications. The wideband DC input range of +9 to +36V allows the unit to be used with various power supplies in existing systems.

Several state-of-the-art circuits protect the unit from damage due to out of spec DC voltage conditions that may be applied. Its rugged construction guarantees fault-free operation in the most extreme environments.

Fetaures:
Output Power = 10 W
Freq. 700 – 6000 MHz
Linear Gain = 43 dB
Gain Flatness = ± 1.5 dB
Rise and Fall time < 1 µsec.
Size = 3.75 x 2 x 1.063 inches
