FT Technologies introduces its high-performance Acoustic Resonance wind sensors for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) at DSEI 2025, featuring the FT602-SM and FT743-SM models.
These wind sensors include a built in compass, and provide measurements of wind speed, wind direction, temperature, pressure, pitch, and roll.
The FT743-SM sensor is constructed from hard-anodized aluminum, and features heaters for ice-free operation. The FT602-SM option is made from injection-moulded plastic, offering a lightweight design for drone and unmanned systems. Together these sensors have over 30 external certifications.
