AvTrak 6 Nano is a miniaturized acoustic transceiver combining tracking, telemetry, and relocation capabilities in a rugged form designed for micro and man-portable AUVs. Built on the same 6G hardware and Wideband 2 digital architecture as the larger AvTrak 6, it delivers simultaneous USBL tracking, LBL ranging, and AUV-to-AUV or AUV-to-vessel communication. With its low power design, open interfaces, and integration-ready RS232 connectivity, AvTrak 6 Nano ensures dependable acoustic networking across multiple underwater platforms while maintaining exceptional compactness for size-limited vehicles.

Engineered for swarm and squad robotics, AvTrak 6 Nano allows multiple AUVs to share position data and status updates, enhancing situational awareness and coordination during operations. Supporting user-selectable data rates from 200 to 9,000 bps and equipped with an integrated depth sensor, it enables precise positioning and efficient data transfer. Available as a housed or OEM variant, this system meets diverse requirements in energy, defense, and scientific missions where reduced power use, small footprint, and reliable subsea communication are critical.
