Lowental Hybrid’s LH-04 is a fully parallel propulsion system built on the company’s proprietary Native Parallel Hybrid™ architecture. Designed for tactical UAVs and loitering munitions in the 80 to 120 kg MTOW range, it provides exceptional endurance and operational flexibility in a compact form. The system integrates an air-cooled, two-stroke internal combustion engine with a boxer cylinder configuration and a motor, starter, and generator package for seamless power transition between electric and combustion modes.
LH-04 features automatic start, electronic fuel injection, and uses premixed gasoline or heavy fuel with 4% two-stroke oil. The design delivers up to five times greater endurance than comparable fully electric systems while maintaining the ability to operate in low-acoustic, electric-only flight. Built-in redundancy, in-flight charging, and drop-in compatibility for both fixed wing and VTOL platforms make LH-04 a robust and mission-ready solution for demanding unmanned operations.
