• Simulation – blade designs are simulated and refined under dynamic conditions, using CFD, load modelling, and real flight data to accurately predict thrust, drag, and noise output
• Advanced composite materials technology – all blades are made from high-performance cutting-edge carbon fiber composites, providing strength, stiffness, and low weight with the ability to handle tough real-world UAV and UAM environments
• Manufacturing – our proprietary manufacturing and QA++ processes combine digitally-controlled production with aerospace-grade traceability, ensuring that each blade meets or exceeds our high standards and your mission requirements
