At EURONAVAL 2026 in Paris Nord, New Imaging Technologies (NIT) and parent company LYNRED will showcase their latest high-resolution short-wave infrared cameras and infrared modules engineered to maintain visibility in severe maritime environments.
NIT, which operates as the SWIR business unit of LYNRED, designs and manufactures French-made sensors and cameras ranging from QVGA to Full HD resolution. Present at booth #B91 in Hall 6 from 3 to 6 November, the team will highlight imaging solutions tailored for defense and security operations facing challenging atmospheric conditions.

The presentation centers on NIT’s latest generation of high-resolution SWIR cameras, specifically the SenS 1280 SXGA and the SenS 1920 Full HD. The SenS 1280 provides a 1280 × 1024 resolution with a 10 µm pixel pitch, while the SenS 1920 offers a 1920 × 1080 resolution with an 8 µm pixel pitch. Both units combine high sensitivity with ultra-low noise performance to cut through haze, rain, drizzle, pollution, smoke, and fog.
Demonstrations during the exhibition will feature high-definition imagery captured with the SenS 1920 Full HD camera, illustrating image clarity, contrast, and long-range identification capabilities in degraded visual environments. The camera systems are built for demanding operational requirements, including maritime surveillance, coastal surveillance, long-range surveillance, and deployment across airborne and UAV platforms.
Alongside the SWIR lineup, LYNRED will present infrared technologies spanning the full optical spectrum, including SWIR, MWIR, and LWIR solutions. The joint presence will also include a live demonstration of LYNRED’s ATI640 module.
