Allient Inc. has announced the expansion of its ElectroFlux Series of frameless torque motors with the introduction of new 25 mm and 38 mm sizes.
As a global designer and manufacturer of advanced specialty motor, motion, controls, and power products and solutions, the company developed these additions to support a wider range of compact robotics and precision motion applications. The expanded line delivers high torque density while enabling seamless integration into space-constrained designs.
Key product attributes include high torque density enabled by smart automation processes and PCB termination on the stator, which reduces size and simplifies assembly. The frameless architecture allows direct integration into customer products, complemented by highly customizable configurations suited to specific operational needs.
The components are intended for demanding environments in robotics, precision instruments, optical systems, and related motion technologies.
Robert Mastromattei, Chief Commercial Officer & Group President at Allient, stated, “The addition of the 25 mm and 38 mm sizes expands the ElectroFlux Series to support a wider range of applications across robotics and precision motion. These smaller sizes provide additional options for integrating motors into space-constrained designs where quality, size, performance, and flexibility are key considerations.”
