Allient Inc. will present its portfolio of precision motion technologies at SEMICON West 2026, October 13–15 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.
Attendees visiting Booth 5683 can view demonstrations designed for high-precision semiconductor equipment, including metrology, wafer handling, processing, and automated inspection systems. Featured motion stage setups include the ThruSight-Theta and ThruSight Focus, an open-center XY stage, an asymmetric XY system, and a Hybrid Hexapod.
A central highlight of the showcase is the ThruSight-Theta stage mounted on top of an open-center XY stage. The combination illustrates how precision XY movement can integrate with continuous rotary motion while maintaining an unobstructed light source path through a clear aperture.
In addition to stage demonstrations, Allient will display several series of specialized frameless motor kits, including the slotless TG and LS Series, SA Series axial flux motors for low-profile applications, MegaFlux high-performance direct-drive brushless torque motors, and ElectroFlux frameless torque motors for advanced robotics.
The company will also highlight its linear motor lineup, featuring high-force P-Series ironless models, compact C-Series ironless options, and custom-configured linear motors, alongside the Pyxmos Module servo drive.
Robert Mastromattei, Chief Commercial Officer & Group President at Allient, said, “We’re looking forward to presenting our precision motion technologies and demonstrating how our products can be integrated into systems at SEMICON West 2026. This provides an opportunity to showcase the capabilities of our products and discuss how they can support customer applications.”
At SEMICON West 2026, Allient will be exhibiting at Booth 5683.
