Gremsy and Hexadrone have signed a Strategic Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on fully integrated, sovereign drone solutions tailored for the global industrial and public safety sectors.
The alliance combines Gremsy’s stabilization and multi-sensor technology with Hexadrone’s modular aircraft architecture to accelerate the commercialization of turnkey aerial systems. Moving away from fragmented hardware integrations, the partnership establishes a shared roadmap for joint research and development, rigorous cross-validation of solutions, and global market expansion. This deep technology synergy aims to provide operators with a balance of aircraft performance and sophisticated imaging intelligence.

“Our partnership with Hexadrone represents a pivotal step in Gremsy’s mission to deliver seamless, high-performance aerial intelligence globally,” said Mr. Jay Huynh, Chief Commercial Officer at Gremsy. “By combining Hexadrone’s exceptional modular drone engineering with our advanced payload and stabilization technologies, we are not just integrating hardware; we are unlocking new levels of operational efficiency and confidence for professionals in public safety, industrial inspection, and beyond.”
An early benchmark of this collaboration is the integration of Gremsy’s VIO payload with Hexadrone’s Tundra 2 unmanned aerial vehicle platform. The Tundra 2 platform features European certified C5/C6 class capabilities and is engineered to endure complex urban environments and long-range missions. When equipped with the thermal and visual tracking capabilities of the Gremsy VIO payload, the integrated system allows operators of power lines, pipelines, solar farms, and industrial facilities to extract high-precision data under challenging environmental conditions.

Both companies share a vision of accelerating innovation in unmanned systems through open collaboration and technology integration. Throughout the duration of the agreement, Gremsy and Hexadrone intend to finalize and jointly promote a portfolio of integrated solutions, introducing new capabilities to customers and partners across global markets.
