Gremsy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ALTUS LSA, a Greek original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of unmanned systems and aerial intelligence solutions.
Formally executed during the Eurosatory 2026 defense and security exhibition in Paris, the agreement establishes a strategic collaboration designed to expand the deployment of advanced aerial imaging solutions across the European market.
As part of this partnership, ALTUS LSA will integrate Gremsy’s VIO multi-sensor camera payload plus additional models that are in the roadmap into selected UAV platforms, providing operators with advanced visual and thermal imaging capabilities for a wide range of operational applications, including public safety, emergency response, infrastructure inspection, and situational awareness.
The collaboration brings together ALTUS LSA’s expertise in UAV system integration and operational deployment with Gremsy’s experience in developing high-performance camera payload solutions trusted by operators and system integrators worldwide.
Jay Huynh, Chief Commercial Officer at Gremsy and Nikos Kioroglou Commercial Director of ALTUS LSA, stated, “We are excited to begin this collaboration with ALTUS at Eurosatory 2026. France and Europe continue to be important markets for Gremsy and we see strong opportunities to work with partners such as ALTUS LSA to deliver reliable aerial imaging solutions that help organizations operate more safely and efficiently.”
The integration of the VIO payload will enable ALTUS LSA customers to benefit from high-quality electro-optical and thermal imaging capabilities within a compact and lightweight system. Designed for UAV operations in demanding environments, VIO supports faster information gathering and improved decision-making for field operators. Additionally Gremsy can significantly benefit by integrating its payloads into the platforms of a leading global OEM such ALTUS LSA, gaining greater reach, credibility, and accelerated market adoption
Beyond immediate hardware integration, the MOU establishes a broader framework for ongoing cooperation between the two companies. This includes future product integration initiatives, joint market development, technical demonstrations, and coordinated customer engagement activities throughout Europe.
Representatives from both organizations are presenting details of the integration program at Eurosatory 2026, with Gremsy located in Hall 4, Booth F225, and ALTUS LSA located in Hall 5A, Booth D316.
