Allient Inc. will present its latest motion control and automation technologies at the Automate 2026 exhibition at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois.
The company, which designs and manufactures specialty motion, controls, and power products, will feature a selection of technologies at Booth 1557 during the event running from June 22–25.
Among the highlights are frameless torque motors and axial flux motors designed for robotic and humanoid robotic platforms. As a pioneer in torque motors and motor assemblies for robotics and automation, Allient will feature its high-torque ElectroFlux motors alongside other frameless motors ranging from under 25mm to over 300mm in diameter, with axial lengths down to 10mm. Specific products on display include the SA Series Axial Flux Motors, PerformeX Slotless DC Motors, PerformeXG Slotless Gear Motors, and the MegaFlux Series.
The company will also host a live servo drives and motion control electronics demonstration. A new AiC IPC Controller will run multiple Pyxmos Servo Modules to drive the company’s stages, highlighting an integrated ecosystem of motors, motion stages, and controls. The display will also feature the Pyxmos Rack Servo Drive Platform and Integrated Drives (HTE and HTB).
A separate precision motion stages demonstration will feature a wide range of linear, rotary, and multi-axis platforms. Each platform is driven by Allient’s own rotary and linear motors to showcase the depth of its motion control capabilities. Featured hardware includes the ThruSight-Focus XYZ Stage, ThruSight-Theta Stage, 60×60 XY Stage, and a Standard Hybrid Hexapod.
In addition to standard products, the company will highlight its custom assembly capabilities. These services demonstrate how frameless motors can be integrated into fully engineered, application-specific housings or actuators for unique performance, packaging, or environmental requirements.
Robert Mastromattei, Chief Commercial Officer & Group President at Allient, said, “We’re excited to be exhibiting at Automate 2026, where we will be showcasing our latest motion control and automation technologies. Automate provides a great opportunity to connect with customers and discuss how our technologies can support their applications.”
