Gremsy has announced the official ceremony for its new Gremsy Manufacturing Facility, set for November 25, 2025, at the Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP) in Ho Chi Minh City.
Valued at an initial investment of 550 billion VND (22 million USD), the project marks a significant strategic milestone in Gremsy’s nearly 15-year journey of growth and innovation. This development reinforces the company’s commitment to expanding its research and manufacturing capabilities while promoting sustainable development through the construction of a LEED Gold-certified Green Factory. The certification, assessed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), evaluates multiple factors across design, construction, and operations to optimize performance and minimize environmental impact.
The 14,860-square-meter facility (on an 11,268 sqm site) will feature a modern architectural design that prioritizes interaction, innovation, and manufacturing efficiency. The campus will include a high-tech Manufacturing Facility equipped for the production of Gremsy’s core products; a dedicated R&D Center for 100 engineers focused on developing next-generation technologies; an Innovation Hub designed to encourage cross-functional collaboration; a central lobby and technology showcase area; and a multi-purpose hall and recreational spaces that aim to create a balanced and inspiring working environment.

The ceremony is expected to welcome approximately 400 distinguished guests, including Gremsy’s senior leadership, government representatives from Ho Chi Minh City, strategic domestic and international partners, long-standing customers, and representatives from leading engineering universities – key contributors to Vietnam’s growing UAV technology ecosystem.
The event on November 25, 2025, represents more than the start of construction – it is a formal affirmation of Gremsy’s global vision.
