
LiveU has signed a formal agreement to acquire Actus Digital’s business and technology in a move expected to strengthen its capabilities in video recording and monitoring, content analysis, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration.
Actus Digital’s intelligent monitoring platform, trusted by government, regulatory, and federal agencies, as well as public safety and security organizations, brings AI-enhanced content analysis and monitoring tools that complement the LiveU Visual Intelligence EcoSystem. These tools are designed to improve ease of use, performance, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
This strategic acquisition adds advanced AI tools and a leading intelligent monitoring platform to the LiveU EcoSystem, enhancing customers’ mission-critical visual intelligence, monitoring, and decision-making capabilities.
