Skyeton is set to display its leading unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technologies at Eurosatory 2024, a significant event in the defense and security sector which will take place in Paris, June 17 to 21.
At the Skyeton booth, attendees will be able to experience the role of a UAV operator. Visitors will be able to pilot the Raybird UAV online as it performs a demonstration flight in the skies of Ukraine, more than 2000 km from Paris.
Attendees will be using a real ground control station, not a simulator or trainer. Before the flight, they will receive a brief instruction from company representatives, and after completing the flight they will receive a certificate for this unique experience.
Raybird is a small fixed-wing unmanned aviation system designed for extended missions. Raybird features 28+ hours of continuous flight time, an exceptional range of 2,500+ km, and a maximum flight altitude of up to 5,500m. The Raybird’s reliability has been tested and battle-proven by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a Skyeton client.
At its booth, Skyeton will also present updated components of the unmanned aviation system. This includes a line of payloads for UAVs, which demonstrate innovation in unmanned aviation systems that can be used both in the civilian sector and for combat purposes.
