Radionor Communications, a developer of wireless broadband technologies for UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) and unmanned systems, has announced that it has been awarded a contract by aerospace and defense solutions provider Rohde & Schwarz to supply high-tech wireless long-range communications equipment.
Radionor’s wireless communications systems are based on phased-array antenna technology, which provides robust long-range capabilities as well as high data capacities. The high-stability data links are ideal for critical systems with demanding requirements and flexible deployment needs, such as those under development by Rohde & Schwarz.
