In this video, a medium-sized wing section produced using MJF weighs just 26 grams, only slightly heavier than a small 23.4-gram battery, highlighting the significant weight savings possible with advanced additive manufacturing.
By reducing structural weight, MJF-printed parts allow for longer flight times, increased range, or the ability to carry larger payloads, giving UAV developers greater flexibility and performance from the same platform.
