Aerobits highlights the progression of its TR-10 transponder from engineering development to an established product for professional Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), combining compact Mode A/C/S and ADS-B Out functionality with further OEM integration plans.
In October 2026, the company reported delivering more than 1,000 TR-10 units over the preceding 12 months.
Compact Transponder and ADS-B Capability
Measuring 53.5 × 43.5 × 18 mm and weighing 75 g, the TR-10 combines Mode A/C/S Class 2 transponder functionality, ADS-B Out, 10 W RF output power at 1090 MHz, and integrated pressure sensing.
Operating on a 9–34 V supply, the unit features CAN / ARINC 825, UART, and USB-C interfaces, concentrating multiple surveillance functions within a compact package for space-, weight-, and integration-constrained UAS architectures.
According to Aerobits, the TR-10 belongs to a small group of solutions worldwide combining comparable RF performance, transponder functionality, and miniaturization.
Professional Integration and Future OEM Development
The TR-10 forms part of Aerobits’ active product portfolio and is available through direct sales and project-based cooperation. As the product typically requires technical integration, Aerobits handles orders through direct consultation rather than standard online checkout, allowing availability, integration requirements, and appropriate configurations to be discussed.
Aerobits has also outlined plans for an upcoming TR-10 OEM version, which will provide UAS manufacturers and system integrators with greater flexibility to embed TR-10 capabilities directly into their own platform architectures.
The planned OEM version will reduce installation footprint and open additional possibilities for deeper hardware integration.
