The VPX3U-THOR-CX7-PAY (WOLF-16TZ) is a rugged, high-performance computing payload module that combines NVIDIA® IGX Thor™ architecture with the ConnectX®-7 SmartNIC to deliver secure, ultra-low latency data handling and AI acceleration for unmanned and C5ISR applications.
Powered by a 14-core Arm® Neoverse®-V3AE CPU and a Blackwell GPU featuring 2560 CUDA cores and 96 Gen 5 Tensor cores, it provides up to 2070 FP4 TFLOPS of AI compute. The module’s SOSA-aligned 3U VPX design and ConnectX-7 integration offer 100GbE and PCIe Gen5 throughput with RDMA, GPUDirect, and RoCE capabilities for deterministic data movement between compute elements.
Engineered for operation in harsh environments, the module includes 128 GB of ECC LPDDR5X memory at 273 GB/s, optional TSN-capable Ethernet interfaces, and advanced IPMC-based system management for secure deployment. With configurable power from 70 W to 150 W and a thermal design that efficiently transfers over 100 W of heat through the chassis rails, the VPX3U-THOR-CX7-PAY ensures mission reliability and sustained performance in extreme temperature and vibration conditions.
