Q-Boat 1800RP USV
The Oceanscience Q-Boat 1800RP is a remote-controlled USV platform designed for deploying acoustic Doppler current profilers, with compatibility with all major sensor manufacturers.
Featuring twin high power outdrives, the vessel can reach a top speed of 5 m/s (16 fps), and is also highly effective at very low velocities for river discharge measurement.
The Q-Boat 1800RP is easily equipped with GPS and Oceanscience Hydrolink radio modems, as well as an optional extended range remote control system that allows control at distances of over 750m.
