TEI can manufacture a wide range of components for commercial and defense UAV requirements, and currently provides over 2000 parts for the aviation industry across 50 different programs. With a strong commitment to quality, TEI works to stringent lean production and Six Sigma principles throughout all stages of the manufacturing processes.

Capabilities include:

• Machining (CNC, grinding, abrasive flow, vibratory machining & more)
• Fabrication (welding, cold forming, drilling, cutting & bending)

Engine Assembly, Inspection & Test / Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul

TEI operates a cutting-edge assembly and testing facility that includes a turbofan engine test cell with a maximum capacity of 100,000 lbs and two turboshaft engine test cells with 3400 shp and 2500 shp maximum capacities.

The company is also a highly qualified provider of MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) services, and is certified in accordance with EN/AS 9110 standards for QMS within aviation maintenance organizations. In addition, TEI is an EASA Part 145 approved maintenance organization.
