TEI-PD222
TEI's PD222 is an advanced turbodiesel engine that has been specifically developed to meet the needs of MALE (Medium Altitude Long Endurance) UAVs. With a power output of 222 hp, it offers a high power-to-weight ratio and excellent performance at high altitudes.
The compact engine can be run on JP-5, JP-8 or Jet-A1 fuel, and features a FADEC (Full Authority Digital Engine Control) that is compliant with DO-178C DAL-C, MIL-STD-461F, MIL-STD-704F, and MIL-STD-810G, as well as a redundant ECU.
